Todd and his team are a first class operation! Erin was able to answer some questions I had even before my appointment. They also shuttled me to town while they worked on my Porsche. I'm glad to know they have a certified Porsche tech on the crew. I highly recommend Mountain Euro for anyone who really cares about properly maintaining their German vehicle. Thanks again!

I had a great experience at Mountain Euro for my oil change. The staff was friendly, professional, and got everything done accurately. They clearly explained what they were doing, and the service was efficient and reasonably priced. It’s nice to find a shop that’s honest, knowledgeable, and takes good care of both you and your vehicle. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend Mountain Euro to anyone looking for reliable service.

I feel completely taken advantage of by Mountain Euro. I spent over $5,700 trusting them to properly repair my vehicle, only to have the exact same issues return that I was told had been fixed. As a woman, I left feeling unheard and unsupported throughout this experience. I expected quality workmanship and honest service, especially after making such a significant financial investment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mountain Euro. Before spending your hard-earned money there, I encourage you to ask detailed questions, request documentation of all repairs, and consider getting a second opinion. I simply wanted a safe, reliable vehicle for work and to take care of my son. Instead, I’ve been left frustrated, financially drained, and dealing with the same problems all over again.

4/5 experience! Would recommend and would return. The pros: efficient, quality work that you can trust, photos and videos attached to your comprehensive report, they don't try and persuade you to do anything you can't afford or don't want to do, they offer loaner vehicles at no extra cost so that you're not without a vehicle, open and timely communication, they show genuine compassion. The cons: A bit overpriced, as I assumed they would be - but this is also normalized for Europan car shops, so they're not doing anything no other shop does. For example: 74$ for a cabin air filter replacement + installation. Cabin Air Filters are gonna cost 10-15$ and then the installation takes just a few minutes. Overall, the experience itself was great - I truly appreciate them, the 4 ⭐ instead of 5 is primarily due to the cost (which is part of the experience but not all of it). If you're financially secure then choosing Mountain Euro is a no-brainer, DO IT. If you have financial inadequacies, just be mindful that it'll be a little bit extra, but you will be able to sleep better at night knowing the work was done right and that you're in good hands! Mountain Euro was absolutely wonderful to work with! They helped get my vehicle back to being road ready, and I’m so grateful for the care and communication throughout the process. Extra props to Erin and Chris — they were both super kind, helpful, and reassuring during a stressful situation. It really made a difference to feel like my vehicle was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Mountain Euro to anyone needing quality service and a team that treats you with kindness and respect!
